01 / ENGINEERING INTRODUCTION
Bronze flanges machined to your specification
Sunflex Metalloy Pvt. Ltd. manufactures bronze, gunmetal, aluminium bronze and nickel aluminium bronze flanges at three units in Gujarat, India, for piping, pump, valve, marine and industrial customers. Each flange is machined to a standard pattern or to the customer’s drawing, in the UNS grade the specification names.
Material grade, flange type, size, class, facing and documentation are agreed at the quotation stage, so the order reads like your specification. Mill test certificates and inspection documents go with the shipment when the purchase order calls for them.

Checkpoints follow the flange from incoming material to packing. The diagram marks the features inspected on a typical drilled flange; specific tests are performed when the purchase order lists them.

Which flange materials does Sunflex Metalloy manufacture?
We manufacture flanges in seven UNS grades: C93200 bronze, C95400 and C95500 aluminium bronze, C95800 nickel aluminium bronze, C63000 wrought aluminium bronze, C83600 gunmetal and C84400 bronze. Each grade has its own data page covering composition, mechanical properties and flange applications.
Can you make flanges to my drawing?
Yes. Custom and special flanges are machined to your drawing, sample or project specification. Email the drawing, material grade, dimensions and quantity to sales@sunflexmetalloy.com, or use the RFQ form to tell us what you need, and we will confirm what is needed to quote.
Which standards do your flanges follow?
The governing standard is stated on your purchase order. Typical references are ASME B16.24 and MSS SP-106 for cast copper alloy flanges, ASTM B148, B62 and B584 for castings, and ASTM B150 for wrought C63000. Bolt patterns can follow ASME, EN/PN, JIS or your drawing.
What documents are supplied with an order?
Documents depend on the purchase order. They can include a Material Test Certificate (MTC), inspection and dimensional reports, test documentation, a packing list and commercial export documents. State your document requirements in the RFQ.
